THE lesson I’ve learned from being in business
I formed my business in 2007, and in the month of May I received my first client payment as a self-employed woman. I can't believe it's been 10 years since then. My purpose has always been to connect with people through my teaching, helping them connect with themselves. We use movement, the body as the starting point to self. We weave mindfulness and embodiment into your daily life. Really, my work has always been about relationships. Relationship to self, mind and body, soul and spirit โ like the hip joint, the femur head has a right relationship with the socket, or the acetabulum, in order to function well and last the whole lifespan.
