When working with clients one on one I want to really get to know them. Like all the way from body sensations during practice, how their breathing shifts over time, their work and home lifestyle – how it supports and challenges their personal embodiment practice – their bowel movements, food preferences, and so on.
In getting to know you, I can better tend to your needs – and I hope to shine a light on all the ways that your body can teach you what it needs in any moment. I help you learn how to listen.
