Franklin Method is a self-generated, embodied, experiential practice – a movement modality to enliven and refine whatever else you practice. What I love about it is the quick, tangible results I get. every. time.
We use dynamic imagery to understand biomechanics, find more joy and motivation and create change. New neuroscience research proves how plastic our brain is – we can use this to our advantage to ‘rewire’ ourselves from the inside out through conscious practice.
It’s a way of learning about your own body, mind, breath, movement function and potential by studying experiential anatomy, self care & body conditioning using lots of different types of imagery strategies that are personalized to YOU and the movement in the moment.
Basically, it’s the process of creating positive change through awareness and action.
