And exercise has fallen to the bottom of our 'should-do' list instead of being a self-renewing, joy bringing activity we crave and prioritize.

I believe too many people live with pain and perceive constant stress, staying sedentary due to occupations in front of screens and the overwhelm (or underwhelm) of a life lived disengaged from body, potential, soul.
I'm here to change this with you, not for you.
